Tulsi Puja

Tulsi Puja involves the ceremonial worship of the sacred Tulsi plant (Holy Basil), revered as an incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi and a beloved of Lord Vishnu. This puja is traditionally performed to invite prosperity, happiness, and well-being into the home, and to ensure a harmonious marital life for couples. Devotees also seek protection from negative influences, good health, and spiritual purification by offering prayers and water to the Tulsi plant. It is especially significant during the Kartik month, culminating in Tulsi Vivah.
